Terms and Conditions of this website
1. Arrival / Departure
We prefer Saturday as the day of arrival and departure. Arrival and departure times also apply to individually agreed weekdays. You can move into your apartment from 4 p.m. Departure must take place no later than 09:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Other arrival and departure times can be agreed individually with the landlord. If the guest does not show up by 10 p.m. on the day of arrival (without having informed otherwise), 100% of the total price will be charged. In the case of overnight stays by strangers (visitors), the landlord must be informed of the number of visitors and the length of stay before arrival. Accommodation costs will be increased accordingly.

2. Deposit
The booking is valid upon receipt of the deposit in the landlord account. The deposit of 150€ must be paid within seven days of receipt of the booking documents. If the payment deadlines are not met, the booking loses its validity.

3. Payment
Have you already paid the deposit? The Feichterhof accepts the following means of payment to settle the rest of your holiday bill.

4. Booking cancellations
If you are unable to start your trip, you must notify us immediately in writing or by telephone. In the event of withdrawal, the following applies:

For cancellations up to 30 days before your arrival, the deposit will be retained.

If you cancel 29 to 14 days before the start of your holiday, we will charge you 60% of the total amount.

If you cancel less than two weeks before the start of your holiday, you pay 100% of the booking price.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booked vacation days will be charged.
Amounts already paid will be offset. You can provide a substitute who enters into your contract under the conditions stated. Written notification is sufficient.

5. Guest Obligations
Our guests undertake to treat the apartments with care. If damage occurs during the stay, the guest is required to report this immediately. On the day of departure, the guests leave the apartments in an orderly manner, they put the household rubbish in the bins provided, dishes are placed clean in the kitchen cupboards. Overnight stay(s) by non-tenant persons in the holiday apartments without the knowledge of the landlord is not permitted. If the guests have forgotten personal property and do not contact us after a message, the items left behind will be disposed of after a retention period of 6 months after departure. Charging e-cars on the property power grid is not permitted. There are e-charging stations within a radius of 15 km.

6. Pets
Pets (only dogs) are allowed at the Feichterhof.

7. Privacy
The guest agrees that necessary data about his person will be stored, changed and / or deleted as part of the contract concluded with him. All personal data will be treated with absolute confidentiality and will not be passed on to third parties. The tenant has the right to object to the storage of his data at any time. The deletion will take place within a reasonable period of time if there are no legal requirements (e.g. from a tax law perspective) to the contrary.

8. Liability
We are not liable for the influence of force majeure, customary power and water failures and storms on the holiday apartments. Likewise, there is no liability in the event of unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances such as official orders, sudden construction sites or disruptions caused by natural and local events. Of course we try to solve such problems immediately. Liability on our part for the use of the play and sports equipment provided is excluded. The arrival and departure of the guests is their own responsibility and liability. Likewise, we are not liable for personal belongings in the event of theft or fire. The guest waives any claims for damages in this respect. The guest is fully liable for willful destruction or damage.

9. Final Provisions
Photos and text on the website or in the flyer serve as a realistic description. 100% match with accommodation cannot be guaranteed. The landlord reserves the right to make changes to the equipment (e.g. furniture) provided they are equivalent.
