EXTRA CHARGE

♥ For every additional person: €15.00

♥ Children up to 14th birthday: €12.00
♥ Children up to their 3rd birthday stay for free.
♥ High season - short stay under7 nights: €30.00

♥ For dogs we charge a one-time surcharge of €20.00

Please note: Christmas/New Year, carnival and high summer we charge a flat rate (price of the flat for 4 persons).

 

LOCAL TAX 2024

€2.40 per day per person (from 14 years) is NOT included in the price.

This fee is collected locally in accordance with current municipal regulations.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

​

♥ In order for your booking to be valid, we charge a deposit of 150€. This will be retained in the event of cancellation.

♥ If you are unable to start your trip, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.

For cancellations up to 30 days before your arrival the deposit will be retained. If you cancel 29 to 14 days before the start of your holiday, we will calculate 60% of the total. In the event of a cancellation of less than two weeks you pay  100% of the booking price.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, 100% of all vacation days will be charged.
