Price information:

♥ The prices are understood per apartment and day for 2 people.

♥ For every additional person will be €15.00 calculated.

​♥ Children up to their 3rd birthday live with us free and up to the 14th birthday €12.00 per day will be charged.

♥ Added to that stipulated local tax from €2.40 (2024) per person per day for guests aged 14 and over.

♥ For dogs we charge a one-time surcharge of €20.00.

♥ In the high season, a minimum stay of 7 nights applies to both apartments. For a stay of less than 7 nights we charge one one-off surcharge of €30.00.

 

Please note: Christmas/New Year, carnival and high summer we charge a flat rate (price of the flat for 4 persons).

As arrival and departure day we prefer Saturday.

Check in: from 16.00 p.m.

Check out: until 9.30 a.m.

Booking and cancellation conditions:

​

♥ In order for your booking to be valid, we charge a deposit of 150€. This will be retained in the event of cancellation.

♥ If you are unable to start your trip, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.

For cancellations up to 30 days before your arrival the deposit will be retained. If you cancel 29 to 14 days before the start of your holiday, we will calculate 60% of the total. In the event of a cancellation of less than two weeks you pay  100% of the booking price.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, 100% of all vacation days will be charged.
